Who we are
DC-ANSP is a limited liability company responsible for the safe and efficient management of air traffic within the Curaçao Flight Information Region and at Curaçao and Bonaire airports. We carry out this public task by delivering essential air navigation services that support safety, efficiency, and reliability, while continuously improving our operations and supporting the sustainable development of air traffic. DC-ANSP provides the core services needed to manage and control air traffic safely in the airspace under our responsibility.

Governance and organization
DC-ANSP is jointly owned by the Governments of Curaçao, St. Maarten, and the Netherlands, which together oversee the company’s goals and performance. The organization is led by a Director General and supervised by a Supervisory Board, whose members are appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Our governance structure keeps us both accountable and independent, as we operate as a trusted provider of safe, sustainable air traffic management services.
The structure of DC-ANSP brings together the Supervisory Board, the Director General, and the departments that keep operations and business functions running smoothly.
Through this framework, we balance technical excellence with strong leadership, so we can meet both operational and strategic goals.
